30 minute appointments!!

I know that sometimes you don’t have a specific injury or issue and just want a deep tissue leg or back treatment so I have added some to the booking list for 30 minute treatments. These will be for general deep tissue treatments and not for a full assessment and treatment of an injury as an hours appointment is needed for this. So whether it’s a deep tissue leg massage or a quick post event treatment then there is now options to cover all of these😃
