• Cancellation period for all massage, rehab and priavte reformer and matwork sessions is 24 hours before the session otherwise full payment is required.

• If the cancelled session, or no show, is not paid for another appointment can not be made.

​

• Cancellation period for all classes is 48 hours before the class. Less than 48 hours will result in payment needing to be made or a loss of class credit.

​

• Its your responsibility to cancel the class via your account on the app or website.

​

• Classes can be paid for on a pay as you go basis or buy purchasing class credits.

​

• If you buy credits those with 1 reserved space per week must buy a 4 credit block with a validity length of 5 weeks. If you have 2 reserved spaces per week you must purchase an 8 credit block which has a validity length of 5 weeks.

• Credit blocks last for 5 weeks. If they go out of date with credits remaining they can not be extened.

​

• If I cancel a class due to sickness you will receive a credit or payment refund.

​

• If I cancel due to sickness or holiday then I will extend the expiration date of credit blocks to account for this

​

• If you go on holiday I ask that you pay a £5 holding fee per class per week if you don't have an in date block of class credits.

​

• If you go on holiday for more than 2 weeks and don't pay a holding fee, or are absent from class for more than 2 weeks without an in date credit block then I reserve the right to offer your space to someone else.

​

• Its your responsibility to book your designated space each week before Sunday 6pm.

​

• From 7 pm Sunday anyone can book any availbale space.
