90 min injury rehab and massage therapy

Service Description

NEW!! 90 minute session when an hour isnt long enough to have a massage therapy session and have enough time to go over your rehabilitation exercises. If you want a thorough rehab session this is the one for you. It will include approximately 45 minutes exercise rehab and 45 minutes of massage and soft tissue therapy. This will allow enough time to make sure you are happy with the homework you have or for me to put you through a personal training session. An online or PDF homework plan will be included.
